Nous souhaitons partager un avis très positif concernant l’agence immobilière de Thomas. Thomas a été l’un des seuls agents à répondre très rapidement à nos exigences pour la recherche d’une villa. Il s’est montré extrêmement réactif, attentif à nos besoins et toujours disponible pour organiser des visites. Il répond très rapidement à nos appels et à nos messages, même le dimanche, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Il n’hésite pas à se déplacer sur place en cas de problème et suit les dossiers avec sérieux. Il a pris en charge toutes les démarches liées à la location de la villa avec un grand professionnalisme. Installés en Thaïlande depuis 20 ans et ayant eu l’occasion de travailler avec de nombreuses agences thaïlandaises et européennes présentes ici, nous pouvons affirmer que ce niveau de service est très rare. Alors que d’autres agences ne nous ont proposé aucune villa, Thomas nous en a présenté quatre correspondant réellement à nos critères. Cet avis est totalement objectif et sans parti pris. En Thaïlande, il est souvent difficile d’obtenir un service à la hauteur de ses attentes, mais Thomas a pleinement respecté ses engagements. Nous espérons sincèrement que son agence continuera à prospérer et à se développer, car elle le mérite amplement.
Arrivés à Hua Hin il y a 3 semaines nous avons rencontré Thomas . Nous avons envie de regarder des maisons et nous visitons des villas . Nous avons eu un très bon contact , puis nous voici embarqué dans un endroit magnifique où un programme de villas est en construction. Thomas avec sa gentillesse nous propose de visiter une dizaine de villas et des terrains. Et nous voici en réflexion , en interrogation , pour finir en décision d’acheter . Et ceci malgré un épisode de non compréhension qui nous a fait remettre en question le projet , Thomas s’est mobilisé pour trouver la solution qui a permis de trouver la maison de nos rêves rentrant dans notre budget ( allant jusqu’à réduire sa propre commission) . Nous le remercions infiniment pour son accompagnement et grâce à lui notre histoire à Hua Hin commence sous d’excellentes étoiles . On lui souhaite beaucoup de réussite , il est plutôt rare de rencontrer des personnes aussi honnête et intègre . Nous recommandons Thomas les yeux fermés. Corinne et Bruno

Its my very first time in Hua Hin. I don't speak Thai and I don't know anyone in the area. But I was lucky enough to be introduced to Thomas by a security guard at a condo I was looking at. Right off the bat, Thomas and his wife were very friendly, punctual and diligent with their communications and scheduling. At first I was suspicious because they were almost TOO friendly and diligent. But my suspicions were completely unfounded because they ended up finding me a great apartment in a great building in what is arguably the best location in Hua Hin. And they held my hand the entire way. Plus when I asked for a rice cooker for the apartment, he got it to me by 6PM the same day. Now that's service with a smile. I highly recommend Bellet Homes -- especially if you are completely new to the area and looking for a trust-worthy agent.

Après avoir utilisé le services de Bellet Homes pour la location d’une maison, nous avons décidé d’acheter. Thomas nous a proposé plusieurs visites avec toutes les possibilités (terrain isolé avec construction de maison, construction de maison dans un projet, revente de maison) mais toujours en respectant nos souhaits et notre budget. Après d’être démené comme un beau diable, il nous a finalement trouvé notre maison dans notre budget. Ses conseils ont toujours été judicieux. From our first contact through to helping get my property professionally cleaned and being present to help with tenant viewings, they have acted 100% promptly, professionally and with excellence. I had to leave Hua Hin to move to Koh Change to help at a dog sanctuary so I have been really busy, and they handled everything for me, making me feel at ease and without adding any extra work to my already full plate. Best agents I have ever worked with and I 100% recommend!

Thomas and Bellet Homes have been excellent. We actually booked our villa whilst still living in the UK which I’m always a bit sceptical of but I had no reason to worry. Thomas’ communication was second to none and had everything organised quickly and efficiently. He met us at the property on the day for handover and everything went smoothly. If we decide to stay in Hua Hin we will definitely be using his services again!
Thomas is amazing. He will go above and beyond to help you with all your questions and show you multiple condos or houses till you find the one you like. Moving to Thailand or coming for a long vacation can be stressful but if you contact Bellet Homes or Thomas then the accommodation part of the move will be easy and without any stress. Thomas acted with great professionalism — he arrived early and offered assistance with our luggage. He carefully inspected the entire apartment with us, taking photos to document the condition at the time of move-in. He was there to hand over the keys and let us know he was available by phone if we needed anything.

Vivant en France, je cherchais une entreprise de confiance pour gérer entièrement ma maison en Thaïlande à distance… et je peux dire aujourd’hui que Bellet Homes a largement dépassé toutes mes attentes. Ils s’occupent absolument de tout comme si c’était leur propre bien : gestion complète de la maison, entretien du jardin et de la piscine, ménage, règlement des factures, organisation des transferts privés… chaque détail est pris en charge avec un sérieux et une implication remarquables. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’état d’esprit de l’équipe : Bellet Homes est fondamentalement honnête, bienveillante et travaille avec une transparence totale. We had Great experience with Bellet Homes, and especially with Thomas. We came from Texas with our family and two children (8 and 6), and Thomas handled everything remotely for our move to Hua Hin. He found us a villa for one year that perfectly matched our needs, with no surprises upon arrival. Everything was simple, clear, and efficient from start to finish. When we arrived, a private taxi was already waiting for us at the airport with no waiting time, and took us directly to the villa. The car we had arranged through his concierge service was also ready for us at the house, which made everything very smooth from day one. Je suis absolument ravie de notre expérience, tout a été parfait du début à la fin ! Pour être honnête, au moment de payer à l’avance, nous avions un petit doute tellement tout semblait trop beau pour être vrai : organisation impeccable, prix très correct… On s’est demandé si ce n’était pas une arnaque. Mais Thomas a su nous mettre en confiance immédiatement grâce à son sérieux et sa transparence. Et une fois arrivés à Bangkok, tout s’est confirmé : zéro stress, zéro gestion à faire. Le taxi était là pour nous accueillir, Thomas nous a fait découvrir la villa, et tout était parfaitement orchestré. La villa est juste incroyable : superbe, très propre, spacieuse et vraiment luxueuse. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Le scooter a été mis à disposition dès le lendemain, comme prévu, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Mais ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est la disponibilité et la réactivité de Thomas : à la moindre question, il répond immédiatement et trouve toujours une solution. C’est extrêmement rassurant. Je suis vraiment hyper contente d’être passée par lui, et je recommande les yeux fermés !
Première fois en Thaïlande et à Hua hin : on ne va pas se mentir on ne venait pas du tout dans l optique d acheter mais plutôt de louer d ici quelques temps pour la retraite...puis rencontre avec Shannen et Thomas (et notre petit Adam😉) et là toutes nos perspectives changent!!! Écoute, bienveillance et flexibilité exceptionnelles : nous devons notre rêve à Shannen et Thomas, 2 belles personnes qui ont décidé d exercer leur métier avec une notion de service de haut vol, une sympathie et une générosité incroyables! Nous avons tout payé à l’avance et, au début, nous avons honnêtement cru à une arnaque tellement tout était bien organisé et à un prix très correct. Finalement, Thomas a su nous rassurer dès les premiers échanges et nous a rapidement montré son grand professionnalisme. À notre arrivée à Bangkok, nous n’avons absolument rien eu à gérer : le taxi nous attendait, tout était parfaitement fluide. Le taxi était là pour nous accueillir, Thomas nous a fait découvrir la villa, et tout était parfaitement orchestré. La villa est juste incroyable : superbe, très propre, spacieuse et vraiment luxueuse. On s’y sent immédiatement bien. Le scooter a été mis à disposition dès le lendemain, comme prévu, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Mais ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est la disponibilité et la réactivité de Thomas : à la moindre question, il répond immédiatement et trouve toujours une solution. C’est extrêmement rassurant. Je suis vraiment hyper contente d’être passée par lui, et je recommande les yeux fermés !
Première fois en Thaïlande et à Hua hin : on ne va pas se mentir on ne venait pas du tout dans l optique d acheter mais plutôt de louer d ici quelques temps pour la retraite...puis rencontre avec Shannen et Thomas (et notre petit Adam😉) et là toutes nos perspectives changent!!! Nous avons tout payé à l’avance et, au début, nous avons honnêtement cru à une arnaque tellement tout était bien organisé et à un prix très correct. Finalement, Thomas a su nous rassurer dès les premiers échanges et nous a rapidement montré son grand professionnalisme. À notre arrivée à Bangkok, nous n’avons absolument rien eu à gérer : le taxi nous attendait, tout était parfaitement fluide.
